Our Services

Susie Rivadeneyra, owner of Earthgirl Gardens, is a landscape design professional and horticulturist with more than 15 years of hands-on experience in horticulture, landscape design, and project management. With a degree in Horticulture Science and extensive knowledge of native and ornamental plants and the unique growing conditions of coastal North Carolina, she creates thoughtful landscapes that are both beautiful and sustainable.

Susie is committed to seeing each project through from design to installation and beyond, working closely with clients and installation teams to ensure the finished landscape meets expectations and continues to thrive. Building lasting relationships with clients, growers, nurseries, and landscape professionals is an important part of her approach.

Her love of gardening began early with her father, an avid gardener. What began years ago as helping a friend with her garden maintenance business while Susie spent a year in France ultimately became a lifelong career. Today, Susie combines her formal horticulture education with more than 15 years of hands-on experience to create native environments and habitats that connect people with nature.
